BART Public Records Requests

Welcome to the public records request portal for the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART).

BART utilizes the NextRequest platform to facilitate access to BART’s public records which allows users to easily request public records from BART.

Previous requests may also be viewed by using the search function on the right. If you would like to access the records released in response to a previous request, please contact the Office of the District Secretary at (510) 464-6083 or submit a new request that indicates the request number you are interested in.
