Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., I am requesting documents that pertain to the district's decision to purchase key holder/key turners (allows users to have better control over keys, normally used for arthritis patients) for operations, maintenance, and custodial staff.  I would also like to know how much the district spent on these.
